PROJECT 1 | Reviving Malaysian Dying Art & Trade
| PHASE 1 | Site Analysis, Building Requirement and Precedent Study
| PHASE 2 | Proposed Design
| Project Brief |
We were given a task to design a 3-storey building to facilitate and revive one of the dying art & trade at Malacca. The design of the proposed building must be sensitive to the site (culturally and environmentally), able to
translate the chosen art & trade through its form and façade, adopt passive design approaches and utilize
the landscape as a functional area for the community.
The dying art & trade that I'd choose is Beaded Shoes by Peranakan Nyonya
