We were given a task to design a 3-storey community building to enable integration and of various age groups of communities in the quest of achieving a developed nation. The proposed design must consist of 3 usable floors with a gross build-up area of 1300 m2 and show its connection to the existing surroundings. The building must be provided with facilities fit for disabled people (both old and young); strictly in compliance of UBBL 1986 (Amendment 2012), MS1184 & MS1183 (Universal Design), must allocate enough visitors parking space for cars, motorcycles and bicycles and the building must harmonize with the prevailing site conditions and the tropical climate of Malaysia.

in.to.rak.si Youth and Community Centre  |  A youth and community development centre located in a rural area in Lukut, Seremban. This youth and community centre was designed to become a space where the youth can have a comfortable interaction and relationship with the community
